Refund & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of of products being handmade we do not accept returns. With handmade items there is the chance of a minor flaw or imperfections as our items are not mass produced.

**Peachy Leopard Boutique will only offer refunds or exchanges if there is a flaw that effects wear or sizing error due to our mistake. We do NOT refund for purchasing the incorrect sizing as we provide size charts for all items prior to purchase & inform customer of customer liability of sizing prior to purchasing.  Please inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue that PLB would be responsible for. Such as but not limited to us sending you the incorrect size, flawed fabric, a missed detail. Once items have shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or missing packages marked as DELIVERED. We recommend purchasing Route insurance or priority shipping. If a refund/exchange should occur the item/s must be in the condition, they were upon receiving. If your package is stolen after delivery, please file a police report. If your package arrives damaged by the postal service and/or empty with a damaged sticker, please notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the postal service and either remake or refund your order.  Meaning- have not been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Customer will return said flawed item to Peachy Leopard Boutique within 5 days of contact. A shipping label will ALWAYS be provided to our customers.  Once the item is received the item we will inspect & either replace, repair or refund based off of the communication with the customer. Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing your order. Orders must be returned back to Peachy Leopard Boutique.

 

Peachy Leopard Boutiques turn around time is 28 business days. Does not include weekends or Holidays.
